To my knowledge, FedEx and UPS no, 121 supplmentals (Atlas, Kalitta, etc) yes.

Changed a couple of years ago. You can jumpseat internationally

When? Cite the reference that UPS and FedEx allow int'l JS'ers.

4. Offline jumpseating is only available on flight legs within the 50 states, i.e.,
CONUS, Alaska and Hawaii.
As stated, most of the ACMI's will let you.

What's it like to jumpseat on cargo flights? Do you sit in the cockpit or do they have beds? :D

Depends on the configuration. Most have plenty of seats in the back, and bunk beds for crew rest. You won't have to sit in the cockpit.
