Talked to a buddy who is a captain at Xjet...apparently the FO has a reputation for being a complete douche bag. The guy is a 2013 hire and thinks he can tell 12 year captains what's what....so, he's that guy. There was a huge personality conflict for other reasons as well.
This is not to say that any FO shouldn't be able to speak up to any captain with a concern regardless of the length of service of either pilot. But that said, I've got a couple guesses who this could be! :cool:
