LOL, says the Envoy Dummy! The flow was designed for one thing you dummy. Parker wants to run his regionals and to do so he wants to keep the cost down. Guess what??? It's working as all the senior pilots at Piedmont, PSA and Envoy will be moving on.
Believe me Parker didn't do the flow out of kindness for the pilots at his WO'ed. He wants a pilot factory to feed his Regionals cheap and then move them to his Mainline. Question is how long will it last? That being said, you do realize the flow was here long before Parker and Co. came into the picture, correct? |

Hard to call me a dummy when you've lost all credibility on this forum by constantly posting lies to try and sell PDT. I've called you out on it a few times and you deflect.

You've called me out???? hahahahaha Being at Envoy you do realize you are no better then Piedmont or PSA don't you???? We all are the same it's just the Pilots at Envoy have redder a$$'s then the Pilots at PDT or PSA due to the extra spanking you guys got. The faster you realize that Envoy is no better then Piedmont and no better then PSA the faster you'll be able to live with yourself. |

You really think it's over? You think the companies gonna just come back and ask what you want and give it to you?? It's called negotiations for a reason.
There are literally only a handful of anyone out there that gives two ****s about this sector of the profession anymore. I'm at AWAC and don't do bad, but I'm actively looking to leave. M You could tell the company was not amused this was voted down. Say what you want (it supposedly cost them even more than current book albeit slightly), but they wanted this in a pathetic attempt to attract new hires. Good luck. Honestly. There is no future, as of now past 28 months, and your first year pay with no bonus is about to be anything close to industry leading with what TSA and, I would assume RAH, is about to have. If they don't come back to the table within the next few months I'll be absolutely shocked. If it doesn't happen it's pretty clear they have already decided it's done for after this extension. |

Management wants to be cost competitive and they know they need to pay enough to get new Pilots. Where's the line in that cost?????? Especially when you're looking at 50 seat older planes???? Was 70 seat rates included in TA???? |
Can't argue with a clueless dummy anymore and plus this thread has been hijacked enough. Yes I've called you out multiple time (most recently you saying AWAC wasn't under threat from management, yet you never got back to me on that one), yes envoy is better then PSA and PDT (although I will concede that PDT and envoy are now on more of a level playing field as opposed to the sellout scum at PSA) and no I haven't been here for less then 5 years (a few more then that actually.) Carry on AWAC pilots and good luck.

Bingo. PDT and PSA guys would sell their soul for a flow, everyone else be damned. People seem to forget that envoy's flow originated out of a grievance, not some contract negotiation. So anytime you d-bags wanna say thank you would be fantastic.
The original flow (Eagle's Letter 3) did indeed result from negotiations (1997). It was an effort to make accommodations for Eagle to fly RJ's by offering benefits and protections for both sides of pilots at AA and the then (now no longer) American Eagle, Inc. It's ironic you attack others for "selling their souls" as presently, many Envoy pilots hope to sell others souls to save their own using assumptive sales pitches to lure them through the gates of hades. |

Dude are you serious??? I don't have to sell Piedmont or any other airline to anyone. Everyone on this forum has there own mind to pick what situation is best for them. Now You do realize that US Airways had a flow don't you?? Oh I forgot you've been in the industry about 5 years or less.

Not true, the 824 grievance was because AMR tried to declare in void through BK. The Protected Pilots aka you, were negotiated by surrendering sole rights to operate your airplanes, and your first contract after BK was voted down because the fleet garentee wasent large enough not because of 12/4, which ironically you have now. PSA undermined your position, but you weren't holding out for the industry, just your group. Your Union pulled off a remarkable campaign to sucker you into protecting them. It's very clear you would be in a much better position if you had the 20 Compass planes plus another 170 of them coming. New hires would be there you be on your way to captain and still a protected pilot. Now all you have is anger and a sad story.
The other flow groups was after the PSA vote. |
