Believe it or not...the CEO (in front of 200 people), on Feb 1st, said that if the judge lets the company strike, there will not have to be any strike because management will take away the concessions. If the judge blocks a strike, there will of course be no strike, and concessions will take place on the 10th. I guess there is no reason for ALPA to talk to management anymore. Now...do you think the judge is going to let a strike happen. I sure hope so.
