Really horrible site. I feel bad for you guys, this is indeed one of the worst sites I've seen.

Let's see, I played a bit with the reservation system. It's hard to search for flights. There is no way to search for a range of dates. Generally, the search engine is not user friendly. I was actually able to select dates that are obviously off, e.g. Jan 1, 2182!

The error messages are atrocious! Here are a few examples:

Sorry, Currently there is no Depart Flight availability for the date selected.

or

Return Date cannot be less than Depart Date

or

Sorry, There is Error with Application!!
On BtnNextSelect Click

or

Sorry, There is Error with Application!!
User Session Timeout! Please make Search again.

The last message comes up if the session expires due to inactivity. Looks horrible. They must have outsourced the development of this site to the lowest bidder who, it seems, doesn't speak English too well!

Express Jet should have spent the time and money to develop a nice user-friendly site. After all most of your ticket sales will go through this site, right?

That's because the schedule's are not out yet genius...

Looks like they are out - search for ABQ to AUS on 06/04/2007 and returning the same day. You get back search results.

I continue to wish them the best.

Chautuqua's CRJ looked pretty good in the COEX paint. ;)

Quick Q

Is xjet offering low fare service like an LCC or is it more of a business class type of fares?
