Has anyone taken a look at their route map??

I saw it today, and I noticed the three big airports they are flying out of on the west coast are:
San Diego
Ontario
Sacramento

Almost everything west of the Mississippi goes to 2 or 3 of these cities above. Expressjet's new HUB's. Hey, does anyone remember a thread a few months ago about "Where would you hub a new airline." I responded with two answers: San Diego and Sacramento. Of course my response was completely ignored, argued against, shot down, etc... CWU1919 and VNYFlyGuy told me I was an idiot...

Well, as it turns out, these are basically 2 of ExpressJet's 3 hubs.

not hubs, at least not yet. There aren't any real "HUBS" from what mgmt is saying. However we did just post a bid for ONT as a crew base. 125 vacancies.

125 Capt
125 FO's

I notice the Eastern routes don't stop in either HOU or EWR. Does that mean that the ONT crews will fly all the airline side or is it mixed COEX/XJairline.

Supposedly no mixing. Look for another base to come in the next few months. Actually 2 bases. CEO talked about 10 planes going to another Major. Rumored to be Delta out of SLC. We will see.

If you can hold it you can go its just like any other base. It has yet to be seen how junior or senior it will go. I will let you know around the 15th how junior it goes.
