For those looking at Republic, just look at the history of Expressjet (XJT) and Mesa around the 2008-2009 timeframe. The stock is tanking for a reason. Don't be shocked to get shocked if you go there expecting a smooth sailing and it doesn't happen.

As for the Mesa recovery since then, they were able to pull it off since the major hiring wasn't in full swing yet. Now that it is, Mesa will even struggle to continue their staffing levels unless they up their compensation levels drastically.

As someone with no ties to Endeavor and Envoy, that is where I would be looking at right now.

I'm not trying to bash Republic. As someone that has gone through a bankruptcy before RJET is looking very familiar. Just compare Pinnacle's stock price over their last 18 months of existence to Republic's last year or so. It is easy to see what is going to happen.

Combine this with the rhetoric coming from BB and the unsustainable operation I belive the writing is already on the wall.

Nice try, but they never apply their own criticisms of others to themselves. Introspection is not within their abilities. Besides, this once again demonstrates it is obvious they are here for one purpose and that's to further their agenda of luring pilots to Envoy based on a platform of inflated sales pitches and redacted details of reality both from the street and poaching from other pilot groups.

On that note, I see no one yet admitting to starting at Envoy. I'm sure there are some here (at least I think).

Quick upgrade to be competitive across the board to multiple carriers ?

Another says September 2015 upgrades.

1. Fixed for you
2. Those were 2 guys with enough 121 when they got hired, and current eligible FOs are holding out for 175 CA, from what I have gleaned.

I think there's an important distinction to be made between bashing a regional and giving advice (that they believe to be correct) to guys making critical career decisions. The writing is on the walls for RAH
