My first year at SKW I’ll get paid about $27,500 which include $5800 in per diem. Subtract the $710 for uniform and Jepps (which new hires no longer have to buy) and I'll total about $26,800. How did I get so much? LOL! I NEVER SAT RESERVE! Makes a huge difference when the worst month was when you were in training and were paid out at 60 hours (1.5 months = 90 hours) with no per diem. The rest of the time I have been averaging 100 hours (4 - 4 day trips) a month on the Bro.
