Best Pick for Ny Base?

I took a year off from the airlines.. I want to return around September.. Whats looking like the top picks for Ny right now? A Ny domicile is definitely a win win for me.

Before someone comes on and says "you should have used the search function", you have Endeavor, Envoy, Republic, and probably several others in the NYC area. I'm with 9E but not in NYC. If I was in your shoes 9E would be my first choice because of how good things are going here right now.

There are many factors you have to decide what is the main priority.

Since you have 121 time, I would suggest CommutAir. You start at 51k the first year, if you decide not to upgrade. Otherwise, it will be around 60k the first year. You can upgrade out of ground school and have a decent schedule being EWR based, since it is the most junior.

9E is a close second in career progression and pay, right now. I guess it boils down to Delta vs. United.

$51K first year? How did you come up with that figure? Maxing out both bonuses would put a new FO around $54K for first year, but what happens second year?

Envoy only has ORD and DFW bases as far as I know?

Commutair. Math right now looks favorable. I have 14 below me and got hired in April.

Endeavor is putting CRJ200s in New York with a dedicated base end of summer, so we are likely to see plenty of new seats there. LGA and JFK possible on both 200 and 900.

Commutair looks good if you'd prefer EWR.

No envoy in NY.
