How is the QOL at Colgan? Management? Bases?

Saab why did your stay at ALB? Your number could have held a decent line at another base?
You say QOL was bad, it could only have been better at another base. Maybe Jamestown? I've talked to some Colgan 1900 pilots in ALB and they say you're an absolute tool, so maybe it wasn't all Colgan. Maybe you thought you were better than CJC. |

You had the chance to make it better and you stayed in a Mx base where you were extremly junior. What sense does that make? I just transferred to IAH. I have 15 days off a month, overnight evernight I'm on a trip, no part 91, deadheading or ferry flights. The pay is rediculous. I hate the pay, but the flying is fun and the saab is classic. My point is you had it terrible...no one is denying that. But you had the chance to make it better and you didn't. You made your bed now sleep in it. |
