can anyone give me a close number to what a first yr FO would make at the regionals? envoy, skywest, expressjet, endeavor, others? I know that's a vague question, but I'm looking at leaving the pt 91 world making 70k. If I knew I could make 50k or more first year I might apply. just looking for ballpark numbers, rate, per diem, etc etc altogether. any advice is appreciated. thanks.

We get an extra 2.5 hours on top of hour block, or daily guarantee. Either way you're getting 6.5 hours at a minimum.

Well, with the premium hours added on..16 credits per day...A 4 day trip would be 64 credit. Four 4 day trips a bid would be 256 hours...

I would say it's possible if someone flew on vaca. Pdt has a pretty sweet vaca setup and some lines have 7 days off in a row. Guess if you parlayed 5 days into 3 weeks off you could touch close to 300. (Tax man will love you) Pdt is paying dang near 7k for a 4 day trip.. There is a limit tho. Last week they called for jr man I said I want a crew card w 50 hours of pay. That didn't get approved. Worth a shot tho!

Gojet has been doing 300% for months. I know captains who pull in $6,000 4 day trips. A quick 1 day STL>DEN>STL is $1,400.

At 9E, you wouldn't make less than 50K doing nothing more than your 75 hours of credit a month and the 23K/year bonus as a first year FO.

How can the company sustain that cost?

Because they'd rather make their margins near zero than owe their code share partners money. If I recall correctly, the last few months of Gojet performance has been above goal.

Imagine how much money the companies make to pay these premium numbers but they won't put in your contract with increased pay and benefits.

F them. I'm not waiting on them...I'm getting my money up front. Paid off the cars...now working on the house. No one should pass up this opportunity to take what you deserve.
