We are paid to do a service for a company. That service is spelled out in our job description. If someone chooses to not do that service, for whatever reason, they shouldn't get paid. Religion has nothing to do with it.

Nothing in Islam forbids serving alcohol. Consuming yourself, sure, but not serving it.
