Another nice video is here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BybQR...related&search=

Thats why I walk a few miles a day if I can. On overnights I just walk around. A few years ago I lost like 25lbs doing that. Easy way to stay fit or as some say the lazy way to stay fit.

I just found out Mesa charges $50 per interview... what a joke.

FedEx charges $50 just to put in your app online...so I guess you wouldn't apply there either?

Are you trying to be serious? You're thinking paying $50 for the industry leading worst place to work is the same as listing your app with FedEx? Under no circumstance would i apply at Mesa

50 bucks is 50 bucks...it's either right or wrong to pay to apply for a job. So which is it? UAL and AA ($100)charged when they were hiring too. Then they furloughed thousands...was that ok? I know Mesa is a crappy place to work. I just don't think paying the $50 fee is a legitimate gripe if you're willing to pay it elsewhere, great career potential or not.

Great career potential or not???? Ok you think that. That's like saying you don't believe paying $50 is good for a stock whether it has high growth potential or not.

$50 for second year pay of $19k vs $86k and MUCH better work environment, job security, work rules, company growth, and not having everyone hate you is COMPLETELY different. $50 is only $50 if you've got it to spare. Some poor kid with 300hrs having to pay to get the honor of working in the crappiest place in the industry is a crime.

Your $50 at FDX doesn't guarantee you an interview only a chance to put your app on file. May as well buy $50 worth of Powerball tickets for the majority(over 9000 apps on file)and don't get me started on the whole 300 hour airline pilot thing. I don't think either place should charge. It's the cost of doing business and they should absorb it.

So true. I don't for a second regret leaving my old job. (For clarity, it wasn't Mesa.)

ToiletDuck...you are a CFI (Not even a regional airline pilot). My best advice to you will be to shut your mouth and wait until you get a real job, then you can talk! Until then, Shhhhhhhhhh...
