Hey, there is a book that has every departure with every airline, could somebody tell me what it is?

Where is the flight departure information that was on the airlinepilotcentral website under resources? it was perfect for the commuter.

Also AMEX provides the service for a hundred or so bucks a year. It comes on-line or by mail once a month.
