Insurance
Hey guys, Can anyone give me an insight of how much would cost my insurance in Republic. Employee, wife and son. The best plan and how much deductible or out of pocket expense per family a year. How much general doctor, specialists and emergency room copay is in such plan? Thanks

Pilot Health Plan with HSA
$308 a month
$2700 deductible
$7500 max out of pocket
Well visits covered at 100%
80/20 co insurance after deductible
$1700 hsa contribution by Republic
(In my opinion the best plan for almost everyone.)
Traditional PPO
$552 per month
$1000 deductible
$5000 max out of pocket
Office visits are $25 co pay
Some coinsurance
All the above deductibles, max out of pocket, and premiums are for family. Single is lower. There is a Legacy plan that covers almost everything but I don’t believe new hires are eligible. Very few people are on it because the premiums are really high.

Health Insurance at Republic-Single
Does anyone have the healthcare cost for a single employee for both the PPO and HMO plans at Republic?
Who's the insurance carrier? Deductibles, office and out of pocket max per year would be great data.
Also, how does the 401K plan work? How much does Republic contribute year one and onwards?
Thanks
