PIT is currently a great RAH base if you don't want to be on reserve. I'll be in OE soon, and I'm expecting zero (or very close to zero) time on reserve. That may change soon, though, as more FO's finish up training.

All things being equal in regard to start date and the fact I would move to a junior base at both companies (CRJ-ORD at OO and PIT at YX). Would y’all be able to recommend on over the other for flight time/career advancement?
