I expect the announcement for the Trans States Holdings/Republic merger on Friday by 10:00am EST.

Thats really my assumption not being an asshat.

Wrong! They were possible...they are impossible now. Stalled negotiations are you kidding? If this had been voted down they would have been back next week with better offers!

Actually, captain rates will meet or exceed 9E rates in under two years. Matter of fact, some captain rates already exceed 9E's. But we're all smart enough to know that it's not JUST pay rates, right? That's why republic's contract exceeds 9E's in over a dozen other metrics as well. We should all hope the best for other carriers in their fight to catch up, for it will continue to boost the entire industry.

In 23 months, the captain rates top out at just under $141/hr.

Can someone post the new pay rates?

That's what I'm saying. The rates will become edv or better, just not right away for all levels. The ta isn't bad.
