Unless it has changed in the last few months, the bonus structure goes like this:

1st or 2nd paycheck - $1,500
Completion of IOE - $8,500
12, 18, and 24 months employed - $2,500 each

So, say you’ve worked at the company for 24 months. Then get a job somewhere else. Would you owe money?

In regards to FTI, I have no idea. If you don't use your bonus money for anything, you can quit whenever you want, and you just won't get whatever future bonus installments you had coming to you. Sorry I can't be any more help with FTI.

It's prorated over 2 years. If you work 2 years you pay nothing back.

Oh ok that sounds like a good deal then. That is much better than a day one bonus where you’d be forced to pay a lot back if you left

You do owe money if you leave, but it’s prorated. If you leave after two years you don’t have to repay.

How close are you now and do you have an anticipated month of reaching the mins? And is recruiting aware of that anticipated month/date?
