In all seriousness, I don't think that most of us really give a flip. Getting a "flow" to Republic is like graduating middle school. In other words, it's absolutely meaningless because anyone is getting hired with the time anyway. Anything that keeps staffing on pace with attrition is a good thing for those of us that don't want to work 100 block hours a month because staffing dips critically low. Keeping any fresh bodies coming in the door is just what's going to be necessary to keep up with the droves moving on. But just the nature of pilots, Lift has been a punchline since its inception.

For those of us already on the line, we see it for what it is: a recruiting tool.
I say that completely neutrally. I don't have any reason to believe that a Lift CFI will be any worse than the average CFI OTS hire. You could argue there might be aspects they're better at.
But it just doesn't affect most of us, so there's not much opinion one way or the other.
It does offer tuition reimbursement if you fly at Republic for (I think) 5 years, which probably isn't a whole lot longer than most people might be at Republic anyway. For those that money is an issue, it seems like a pretty good option.
