How is commuting from MIA to LGA/DCA

Does anyone have experience living in MIA and commuting to LGA/DCA/EWR with Republic? I am planning on going with Republic and would like to live in the MIA/FLL area and if I am not able to hold MIA I was wondering if anyone could provide some insight to this commute. I figure winter would be a pain for commuting but not sure if it's even do-able. Thank you and long time reader, first time post!

Everytime I try the MIA-DCA flights are constantly oversold, that being said I've gotten on both times I've tried.

To LGA, avoid AA, use DL. I've only missed a flight once on DL. We also fly 1x daily a MIA-LGA return first thing in the morning. Own metal is a nice perk.

Crashpad buddy commutes from MIA-EWR. So many options to choose from. Get an app called flight view to look at city pairs.

I know quite a few guys that do it. They seem to make it work with all of the options into the NYC area.

I use google flights and click non stop. Both are great Options.

Getting to and from Miami in my opinion is hard. You may have to think outside the box and go though Jax then take jetblue up or something. Good luck. I heard pit is an easy commute from the south.

Commuting

How would you guys rank LGA EWR and DCA for commuters? If you have to rank all 3 based on possible crash pads/hotels, reserve schedule and as a line holder?

LGA hands down for those 3. Short reserve times and plenty of crashpads within walking distance. Have no idea how the commutes compare.

I’d like to jump on this with a question about commuting from anywhere in FL to any base? Anyone have any details?

I’d be interested in seeing MCO to EWR/LGA/BOS/DCA
