New Hire training footprint

Does anyone here has an idea on how many weeks we stay in IND? Validations, etc.?

Thanks

Back in the old days it was just a day or two in Indy for indoc, then to FSI STL for Jetstream initial, then they give you a couple of days to drive to PIT for bounces before reporting to JST or AOO to start your first weekend shift.

(Sorry for the interruption, back to what you were talking about) :)

In total, about 5 weeks in indy, split up into 4 different stays (indoc, shift, efpt, GB LOFT)

I have a date with RPA, does anyone know if there are any training delays, and if they are still doing their stipend for FO's?

There was just a teams chat on this. They said that there weren’t any training delays. They also said that total compensation for the first month is $1800. After that is your normal guarantee.

None if you don't count 4-5 week ioe delay

My LOE to IOE was exactly a month to the day. Indoc to LOE was 69 days. Can be longer if either you or your sim partner fails or needs extra training.

After the 30 day stipend, you get min guarantee plus per diem of 24/7. The per diem really shines through when you come in for EFPTs cuz that starts your month long stretch away from the house. Hope this helps!

New Hire training footprint

Hi all - interested in living in/flying out of CLT. Can anyone say how long to get that base for new hire FO's? Also - wondering what the wait time is currently averaging from CJO to training start date?

Unfortunately, CLT is only a maintenance base for us, not a crew base.

I heard that we are filling classes in August? I could be totally wrong though so don’t quote me.

Apply to PSA if you want to be based in Charlotte
