Its all a crap shoot zona, its a regional, its all just various degrees of a mediocre airline career. This is my second regional, some things are better, some aren't. But what regional is perfect? Again just get in, get the time and leave!! X jet is hiring, and they got good pay, but there is the exposure of many 50 seat flying and with AV gas 60% higher now, the company with least exposure in the 50 seat market will fend of a lil better in the long run. Rjet has a vicious mngmt team that puts sub par interest in their labor groups, but is good at securing future trends in the industry. Hiring into chq,rw,s5, short staffed and a matter of a short time till you get either cle(chq) or pit(rw). Got a buddy at xjet and finds the place ok, but he has his moments of complaints also. Strike vote,as a previous poster put, is a move on the chess board for the pilots, then management will make their move to let the mediator continue negotiations till finding is sorted out. It is what it is. Todays flavor of the day is tomorrows sour grape. Like many have said on here, its a crap shoot, just go in, get the time, and move out.

Good point!!!! Who wants to fly an airplane with one $hitter, cus that is what really matters.

Come here....oh wait we have suppoidly postponed further interviews because we can't get anyone to show up to the interviews much less the classes.

Dude seriously we are where we are because that company called first.
