Disgusting... One kick in the nuts after another.. This job sucks.

Interesting that xjet (asa) JUST painted a whole bunch of CRJ200's in the old Eagle paint job, ...now RAH is using the new one. I guess ASA just picked up the new slut in an old dress.

I see how my post came across wrong. The congrats part was aimed at the FOs currently at RAH.

Hence if (again, just me) I was in charge of the planet (and I am not...), I would have kept that at ..."Legacy Eagle" ...(I just invented that term) with folks who for umpteen years have worked in furtherance of the brand, not merely Point A to Point B.

In 2013, the traveling public knows the RJ's are "baby jets" and not the "big airline". So the SKYW thing (in my opinion) is not the same thing as the Republic thing.

Disclaimer: did I say this was my opinion ?

Thanks

Did Eagle ever get a new name? Someone suggested Bald Eagle.

So how many Pinnacle guys hitting the street will end up at Republic. Ironic thing is since they just voted in the new industry standard it will make it impossible for Republic to get the raise they have been fighting for.

Nothing like now working with the guys that cut your legs out from under you. Good job Pinnacle. Good job.

Some will likely leave, but we are being "told" that:

"Most importantly, there will be no base closures or flight crews furloughed as a result of this agreement. As many of you already know, we are currently hiring, and will continue with our plan to hire 400-500 pilots in 2013."

Isn't Republic's big plan to take over all the Q flying turning into a big train wreck? How is this gonna turn out?
