just looking for advice and comments regarding these two? I'm yet to decide on a regional.. thanks

Just research the previous threads and you should get a good idea. Lots of factors to consider and not just about the specific airline. Big factor is the easiest commute. I think that's the most important thing.....a commute sucks....no matter what. Just research it, I would take any specific input with a grain of salt.

I've been going through for past few days, just figured I could get some input from current or former pilots there. XJT would be the easiest since I could live in base, but those reserve and upgrade times are just some damn discouraging.

What side of XJT, CRJ or ERJ?

How long to get ATL base after training?

Should be right away. If not, shortly thereafter. I believe that most new hires are getting what they want.

There is a lot of movement at XJet right now. You can pretty much get the base you want right out of training.
