I see mentioned, ‘the mountains covered in mist’? Depending on distance from the airport & all, one needs a plan. So many accidents end up ‘weather related’. Much of the time that comes back to decision making beforehand. It’s always easier in hindsight.

We’re not working with absolutes either, it’s percentages & safety margins. What’s one willing to accept & work with, not always clear.
