Default Two RA's in one day

Going into KAPF (Napels FL) today talking with RSW App. we had two RA's from two different planes in 15 min time.

Both planes were under VFR advisories and talking to RSW also.

First one was doing practice approaches and he was positioned to us at 11:30, 2 miles and 5500' (we were 6000') He decided to climb when directly under us for some reason.

We were then issued vectors away from the airport and brought around in a large circle back for try two

Number two was while lined up for rwy 23 about 10 mile final and we were given oppisite direction traffic "confirmed" 500 ft lower. He too ignored his cleared to altitude and our TCAS issued a 2000fpm climb. He had the sun at his back and I had EVERY light installed, on and flashing, I have to believe he saw us (we were pointed out to him also) why he kept climbing I dont know.

I had three departing BUR one Sunday afternoon (in an RJ). We climbed for the first one which put us into #2 at which point we dove and turned to comply with the RA and hopefully avoid #1. Then another RA and climb for #3. We were too busy to switch to departure...he probably pooped himself by the time we got around to him.

As far as we could tell it was all legal, just a busy GA weekend in SOCAL.
