Flight is freedom in its purest form,
To dance with the clouds which follow a storm;
To roll and glide, to wheel and spin,
To feel the joy that swells within;
To leave the earth with its troubles and fly,
And know the warmth of a clear spring sky;
Then back to earth at the end of a day,
Released from the tensions which melted away.
Should my end come while I am in flight,
Whether brightest day or darkest night;
Spare me your pity and shrug off the pain,
Secure in the knowledge that I'd do it again;
For each of us is created to die,
And within me I know,
I was born to fly.

Yep, the Dude is correct-- it was sn 6002- the second 650 built. They built one and two side by side in the new production building that was built just for 650 production.
Gulfstream also just had a mishap landing in ATW with Paul Allen's 550 that was being flown "green" in production test. Short final and had a hydraulic failure, and instead of going around and running checklists, the captain elected to land... and they had no brakes, went off the end of the runway, totalled the plane. I know those pilots as well. Gulfstream has done a stellar job keeping this accident quiet, but that is 2 major accidents in a short amount of time.
