An hour to deplane? Did it sink too far into the mud to deploy slides?

"The pilot came in too high and too fast. It was obvious and there were serious issues with the landing," passenger Richard Ritter said.

To the mods,
We are quick to move delta incidents but leave other airlines incidents on here for a longer time. Just something I've noticed....

This is exactly what was emphasized during the most recent recurrent. Savannah n/s, Cancun, Charlotte 18c ect... All non-grooved. Glad everyone is ok. Now this Rick character, what a douche! Why do papers publish quotes like that?

I'll move anything I see safety related as soon as I see a thread that is appropriate for the forum.
If you see one that should be in the safety forum and is not - please report it.
We made the safety forum specifically for such threads.
