UNCONFIRMED; reports are the 2008 Premier 1A with less than 300 hours on the airframe, contacted South Bend ATC reporting 'electrical problems' - landing was aborted, the aircraft did not touch down - but contacted the roof of a house before crashing into a 2nd and 3rd house.

Local News reporting multiple fatalities.
A private twin-jet aircraft crashed into at least three homes, injuring three people and killing "multiple others." Dr. Michael O'Connell with the St. Joseph County Coroner's Office says it's not yet known if the deceased were on-board the plane, inside the homes, or a mixture of the two. |
