Passenger plane makes emergency landing in S. Philippines - Xinhua | English.news.cn

I got this info from a friend in the Philippines and this is the article I found.

The photo that she sent me looks like it was also an overrun do to the rain and possible gear damage. Still trying to find a link to the picture.

Accident: Cebu Pacific A320 at Davao on Jun 2nd 2013, runway excursion

Here are a few more. Sorry I was slow to add, but busying with a new AC training.
Based on these pics, looks more like an excursion to me. Definitely bad press for the airport though.
