Plus you have to add the pressurization factor where you are atmospherically a mile above sea level.

After reading this article I downloaded the free Jeppesen Crew Alert app to try to better keep track of my sleep and duty. It has some pretty interesting features and gives me an objective journal for me to plot fatigue levels. Worth checking out especially if your airline is continuously pushing you hard.

Sad to say, but, it's just another sleep/fatigue study that will be ignored because it will cost the company too much money.
How many studies have already been done?
