To the poster about knowing CA FO terms. If it was an ex-wife that lived with a Major airlines pilot, they know what that is. My girlfriend knows and we aren't married. I'm just "sayin". ;)

Deacon if you're for real, report him. FAA/police/whatever. The guy is a threat to people he is close to and hundreds of people in an airplane.

When someone is an addict, emotionally unstable, or abusive, a lot of the time friends and family members get sucked in. They become addicted themselves to the drama, emotionally investing themselves in the health and actions of their friend.

But having known a few liars in my life, your last post makes me think you're the one with the problem. Too many layers, too fantastic, too many new details that make yourself seem better. If I'm wrong, I am sorry, refer to my first paragraph and I wish you all the strength in the world to do so.

Yup, thats going to help you get serious responses on a forum where 99% of the members are/where employed in aviation

I was suspicious that you would consider such a person a "friend". I wouldn't let any "friend" beat on his woman, especially more than once. You quickly showed your true trolling colours.

Handicapped parking-rules\issuance vary from state to state. I occasionally see folks whose only impairment seems to be obesity.
I do know one pilot who had a hip replacement and walks with a pronounced limp-he's an independent cuss so it would surprise me if he had handicapped plates---but it wouldn't amaze me. Can't remember what airplane he's on now, but I flew with him when he was an Airbus Capt and his handicap in no way impaired his ability to fly. Don't know what wickets he had to jump through for his medical, but I'm sure there were some. (Idea is check the baggage at the door, after all if a legless guy can be a WWII fighter pilot....)

Domestic violence-seems unusual that reddeacon is aware of what goes on in this pilots home even though he only sees him on layovers, which seems like an inconsistency (pilot lives 600 miles away, so maybe mutual friend is unhinged, or the proverbial woman scorned)
As I understand it, even the police really hate getting involved. The he said\she said aspects notwithstanding, many abused people choose not to testify\file complaints (more so when it's the man being abused)
I can't control my friends behavior, but I can choose my friends.

Troll or not, interesting to read. Maybe the what-ifs will impact someone else in a positive way. Maybe someone will google various terms and be led to this thread and read about the FAA Safety line.

Maybe just a way to kill some time on an early morning
