There are some jet guys going, too, both March 17 and April (5 ?).

Saw my IOE captain in his Delta uniform yesterday. A guy one seniority number ahead of me also has been at Delta since Oct. , and I see him regularly in my commute. Zero part 121 PIC time, maybe 500 hours in CRJ as FO.

Tons...they've had near-entire classes of former Mesa.

Where do you live and would you take the EMB? Main reasons are that we are still short on EMB FO’s and once we start class a lot of them will transition over to the RJ, what does this mean for a new hire? You will hold a line almost immediately on the Bro as compared to 3 -5 months of reserve in ORD or MKE on the RJ. Plus, they should be running some new hire EMB classes very soon which will be much sooner (probably months sooner) than the next RJ. I've heard between late June and early August for the next RJ class. If you can take the Bro then call and ask to be switched. It could be the difference of an April Bro class or August RJ class. Which would you prefer?

Yes, a good friend of mine is leaving the Bro in SLC for that class.

So it's fair to say that Mesa trained some of the best/luckiest regional pilots, right?

It's amazing that so many RJ pilots think that flying the EMB is beneath them.
