Quote: I thought they fixed that with the combined list?
From what I was told, about the only thing Pinnacle day one of class is used for is non rev priority. One reason I didn't take another week of FMLA is I was told it would effect my longevity having a DEC checkride and Oct class date, thus giving me an extra year of vacation time one year later than I would have gotten it, if that makes sense. Could be wrong but that was from a Union guy.

They did not fix that during the mix. Former pinnacle still goes by check ride for longevity.

I saw that. I just looked at the seniority list again.

Looks like Mooney and Farmlover are correct. Back in the day Pinnacle used the check ride date and not the date of ground school for the longevity date. So, that means I have a month and a half before step 2 pay kicks in. Funny then if I was short of a year, why I didnt have to pay back my uniforms. Thanks for the help guys.

The LOA is only for people who have been gone for less than 5 years. If you've been gone longer the only thing you get back is your employee number. Sorry you won't get the benefits of this LOA.

If you resigned and came back inside of 5 years you get the benefits of the LOA. If you left on the Leave of absence then you get your full seniority back. Outside of 5 years you will return as any new hire.
