From what I've heard it will continue as is. That being, there will be a mix of backgrounds with no specific background rejected. If you ask me (and this is just my opinion), AAG seeks a "giving" personality, hence the demonstration of altruistic aspects in your life like volunteering. IMO, I think they see people like that as likely being more passive when it comes to staunch unionism and it would be a good business practice to seed an employee group (especially one that will see high turnover in the next decade) with people with that disposition so as to minimize dissention and conflict thus increasing the degree of passivity within the group.
It's what I would do if I was interested in neutering a unionized group in my company for the future.
