Add to that crap RSV rules, pay that doesn't keep up with inflation. unlimited stipends and training payments to people not on property, questionable scope/seniority list implementation, unilaterally removable improvements to the scheduling section (SAP), and the fact that they proved they can pass a CBA by bypassing the Negotiating Committee and we have a winner.

There is no doubt it is better than current book on FO pay and ratification bonus. As far as scheduling and work rules, it is still insufficient.

Either way, this will be the last CBA at RAH so hopefully the people that voted "yes" enjoy it. I know I won't.

For Heaven's sake, learn the difference between "you're" and "your". You're is like saying you are, and your is possessive.
Got it?

The period goes inside the quotation marks.

Awesome. This tool probably used all 21 posts on grammatical comments.

We also lose a week of vacation and still have sub industry standard sick time as well as a newly contractually codified "occurrence" system. Fun times!!

Quote: Well you're source is wrong.

100% Leg-by-leg cancellation pay
1:4 Trip Rig
1:2 Duty Rig
4:12 Min Day

Health caps at 25 or 35% depending on which insurance and the HDHP is frozen for 2 years and is limited to a 10% annual increase after this period. I believe our traditional plan is also limited to a 10% increase YOY.

All protections the old CBA didn't have.

Congrats on the big raise, long overdue and well deserved!

Hmmm
I voted no. Won't trade QOL for dollars. This contract is aimed at getting people here, and I doubt it will work without some sort of flow through agreement. Rumors are going around here about that being in the works however. One thing I have yet to figure out: why are there now CRJ 200, 700, and 900 rates? Yes, that is correct..we now have those rates in our new contract....And the company has 'broke ground' (if you want to call it that) on a brand new training facility here in good ole Indianapolis. Rumor also has it they paid cash for it and it was already in the works long before we voted on this TA.
