Quote: PSA has had numerous changes in the MEC. Between the flow and outside attrition (The MEC Chair from the last contract is at Delta now), it is almost all new now.
The MEC chair that went to Delta was not the chair during the last contract. We are on our 4th MEC chair in the last two years and he was #2.

Quote: They need to do more than simply file a grievance. They need to seek a court ordered injunction to keep the company from implementing the hiring bonuses until the grievance is settled.

If the MEC simply files a grievance and allows the company to do as they please for a year or more, (like the critical pay grievance which continues to pend month-after-month-after-month), then they really are the feckless knuckleheads that everyone outside of PSA says they are.
On what grounds? Who is the injured party?

Quote: The moment PSA can't hire and it affects airplane deliveries and upgrades pilots will be b*tchen the sign on bonus is to low.
Just like they were *****ing we didn't have a signing bonus. I've been in the business a long time. Pilots are never happy and believe they can run the airline better than the people hired to do it.
