FO side 1st year pay
39x75=2925 pay. After taxes, using 30 percent withholding = 2047.50
Yes FOs have some bonus, but bonus is not salary... you work approximately 19 to 20 days a month and therefore will have to live on 68.25 a day.

CA Side 4th year pay...
71.30x75=5347.50
After taxes, using 30 percent withholding = 3743.25
you work approximately 19 to 20 days a month and therefore will have to live on 124.78 a day.

Inorder for you to make 100 hours credit a month you will have to work 22 to 26 days a month.

Before you choose a company, please find out, days off, trip credit, average monthly credit. At piedmont you can make some money, but you will spend a lot of time away from home. Even with the new pay rates that are expected, we wil be way behind our peers and will never make as much day per day at work. Please talk to pilots at all companies before you consider choosing one. Do not trust a recruiter.

So with the pay raises, I know the process is gonna take a bit and I appreciate that the union is taking the time to make sure it's done right. But, I have a question about how things have gone down to this point.
We know that AAG approached PSA and offered them the raises, and that was that. Were we also approached and offered the same deal, or was PSA the only wholly owned to be approached with this? Has an equal deal already been put on the table for us and we're trying to do better, or do we have to fight just to get the same deal PSA got?
Not knocking anyone working on our deal, just wondering for some context.

I have a feeling they chose one group.. this way to set the budget. Than the other two can be given a take it or leave it.

Besides psa has decent schedules and uber time at home.. what else would they want?
