Perfectly said... unfortunately the contract was not written to cover 70 percent of pilot group on reserve..
I'm no company guy but every dollar we spend extra right now has a severe impact on whether we have a company tomorrow. The situation is serious. With a SCOTUS nomination going to take the priority in congress, saving the jobs of airline pilots isn't going to make the front page.
Making next year when people want to travel and there is no airline to do it, than it will be front page news.
