For some reason people keep making this silly statement that can't be any further from the truth..., the labour laws in Japan are extremely employee sided, it is virtually impossible to fire an employee in Japan, also it is very unionized.Originally Posted by C130driver

Your assesment is absolutely incorrect...., although it is true that you don't see many overweight flight attendants in Japan but it is because you simply don't see many overweight people in Japan period.
