Does everyone remember the Management email about displacements because of the Legacy 600 fleet going away? They were threatening to displace guys from the Challenger and Legacy 450 "because of the Union contract"? Well it's official, NOT ONE SINGLE DISPLACEMENT OCCURRED! It was all FUD, spread by management, rottencabbage, phildo and their ilk.

I agree that it is a sad commentary on both sides, but especially the pictures of pilots in positions of power (and I’m assuming, in uniform), giving the finger to the IBT truck. It sounds like, if true and these pilots were in uniform... Then it is probably an HR issue for hostile work environment.......

They weren’t in uniform. Most of the ones pictured don’t wear uniforms as a part of their work attire. The picture is absolutely real.

I don’t stand by the guys who give a one fingered salute. It’s not professional nor beneficial in any means during negotiations.

Both sides can treat each other with respect and maybe negotiations wouldn’t take 10 years.
