The “face to face” is very straightforward but it’s DEFINITELY well designed to look for authenticity. Very friendly group.Very laid back interview but if you don’t prep I can definitely see how it can snowball after going through the process myself. While my outcome was more positive than this gentleman’s, everyone can also have a bad day. It happens and we’ve all been there in an interview or checkride or something else.

Breeze has just showed everyone who had doubt their true colors. They will now be sponsoring aussies (E-3 visas) They are just another regional. If you’re thinking about applying there do yourself a favor and go to a real airline.
