Very true. Just seems like a strange move right now to go for foreign pilots given many regional pilots I know personally would love to work for Breeze, it's just they aren't being given interviews for whatever reason.
Yeah I believe OO was at some point, I was told it was discontinued due to issues with verification of pilot experience/hours and some suspected logbook fraud from some of the overseas guys. Was easier to just terminate the program. OO has waiting lists for training into mid 2022 so doesn't seem to have affected them at this stage.
