But if they do a FOIA I'm pretty sure they'll get a copy of the pink slip which will specify the unsat areas. It would be very risky to lie about it, many airlines will FOIA your FAA records, which gives them pretty much everything there, in addition to what PRIA would return. Exclusion for personal info such as medical data.
You should FOIA your own FAA records to see what will show up. My discontinuance letter was included, and I'm 99% sure a pink slip would too.
