You need to research your state laws about single or dual party consent for recordings of any kind; otherwise - whatever you go through, all that trouble for might not even be admissible in court.Originally Posted by Beavis
She can call all she wants, because if she does (and I have told her to call, begged her even) because she is the worse transgressor in almost ever situation, having used violence against me. I have called the police on her before and had her arrested for assault in front of my toddle children so... I am not worried and in reality, she is the one that should be worried.
