You want sick? I'm such a pack rat and the whole period was so contentious, I've still got the notes and handouts from the meeting readily accessible. It was Michael E Abram, who was from an outside law firm, not ALPA as I had said. However, it wasn't Ken Cooper, either, not that any of this matters.

The WB Captains took the biggest hit in C05. The loss of trip drop with pay for vacation alone was huge. The former union leaders still on the property sent out a joint letter opposing C05.

I remember the letter, it was excellent. Pat Burke is one of the good guys, was sorry to see him go.
