Currently scheduled for the September 4th class, so I was just wondering if anyone who started Indoc recently had any updated info or tips. Thanks in advance!

Dang, nope. I'll be in Sept 17. When you get to class, pm me and let me know what the airframe breakdown is!

Read the FOM and do the workbook they issue you. Don’t waste your time with quizlet crap on the internet. Half of it is wrong or not on the test.

One other thing I recommend for systems is the crj700 study guide by Nathan Leming. Great resource

From one of your future captains, welcome aboard.

Don’t study ahead

Only study what they give you (there are some flash card quizlets out there, make sure it’s a Endeavor one though)

Make study groups

Take breaks on weekends, don’t burn yourself out, have fun, Uber to Dinkeytown around U of M on weekends for some cold ones.

Be prepared for tests. Study at least 5 days a week. A couple hours after class will prepare you more than you’d think. But make sure you keep some downtime on weekends or you’ll go crazy.

Have fun and don’t over stress yourself, lots of people before you have made it , have a good attitude and they’ll work with you if you need extra help.

Attitude attitude attitude is the name of the game. Do what they ask of you and you’ll be flying jetzz in no time. Seriously tho, just be prepared and have fun, it’s a long stressful couple of Monthes but it’s worth it. You’ll have a good time here.

Would anyone familiar / from a relatively recent class be able to provide a breakdown of the training footprint?

The 900 really has no delay now. Expect a non stop sequence from indoc to LOE.

The 200 has more of a back up, probably 3-4 week delay for OE.

Are the 200 and 900 different bids? Are they different type ratings?
