The CommutAir profile says that you are hiring and have classes of 25-30 every three weeks. That would be a hiring rate of eight to ten pilots a week - somewhere between 400 and 500 a year.
But the profile also says that you have a grand total of 306 pilots, which would represent only about eight months hiring.
So how do you get the numbers to work? Is there a real high failure rate in training? Or are people passing the training then bailing out to other opportunities before they even get 1000 hours of 121 SIC? (And if so, why is that?)
Because those numbers in your profile are weird. What's the REAL story?
