I've never been so proud......However, a lot of this can't be blamed directly on Envoy, given hat we dont control our ticketing procedure or how we handle customer issues. We are under the iron thumb of the mother ship in lots of this.

Cancelations, while bad, are often the best thing to happen as well. Nothing like making your customers sit around for 12 hours while you wait for a small break in the weather, when you could have sent them on their way possibly getting on something else or at least resting, food etc.

Anyway, not great but not as much in our control as one might think.

Regionals operating out of NYC cancel lots of flights. Imagine my shock.

I'm really not here to defend this crappy airline, but mishandled bags probably comes from the valet check system we use. Spirit is the best because no one brings bags on Spirit.

This is one of the best things about being on the 175. I don't care that it's newer, bigger, fancier, or that it's engines are under the wing (why is that even a thing people care about?). Not having to deal with valet bags though, that's a godsend.
