Latest upgrade class got to keep bonus and domicile

There is nothing in the TSA contract that they can force you to upgrade. You can stay in the right seat as long as you want. That is why they had to allow the last class of upgrades to keep their FO bonus structure. Guys were staying in the right seat until they got the entire bonus.

Now that they let one class keep their bonuses, it will be interesting how many people hold out hoping the company has to do it again.

I suppose the company hopes they'll have enough CQFOs and others champing at the bit for PIC time that they won't have to keep doing this.

Don’t see how this precedent doesn’t become standard. Why would anyone not demand this for upgrade?!
